The Chateau de Lez-Eaux campsite has a large heated indoor swimming pool, and a paddling pool for the youngest swimmers. There is also an outside pool and waterslides. There is a field for football and volley-ball, perfect for making new friendships. It’s possible to hire bikes on the campsite for all the family at Lez-Eaux - ideal for exploring the nearby countryside. There are playing areas and a bouncy castle for young children and a recreational room with table football, a pool table and electronic games for teenagers.
The fishing pond is central to the campsite and is ideal for budding fishermen to discover the pleasures of fishing and those more experienced anglers can practice their passion. There are roach, eels and carp. Fishing is free for everyone. Don’t forget to pack your fishing tackle.
Every morning from 8am, fresh bread, croissants and pains au chocolat are sold in the campsite shop which also sells groceries, post cards, souvenirs. During the low season, you will be able to order bread and pastries the day before but in July and August, there is no need to order in advance.
The campsite operates a take-away meals service for dishes to take back to your mobile home or you can sit on the bar terrace to enjoy your ‘dish of the day’. In the summer, Lez-Eaux take-away service has special meals evenings such as mussels and chips, roast chicken, paella or fish and chips – don’t forget to order the day before. Lez-Eaux’s Pub is in one of the Chateau’s renovated ancient barns, the ambiance is welcoming and convivial – a great atmosphere. During the high season, the campsite organizes two concerts per week in the evening. Relax and sample a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic cocktail on the terrace.
The campsite is close to the sea and a fantastic beach to enjoy as well as the elegant sea-side resort of Granville. The world famous Mont Saint Michel is within an easy drive and will be an unforgettable experience.
Close to the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha beach, Utah beach, etc). Omaha beach is one of the most famous among the 5 D-Day landing beaches, it is in the Calvados region, at Saint-Laurent-Sur-Mer. Ask at the campsite’s Reception Office about the many historic sites of the region.
