Our UK Team
Our staff travel to France regularly and have visited most of our sites, so we can give you advice based on personal experience. Whilst talking through your holiday plans, our staff will check availability on your chosen channel crossings so that you will pay the deposit for your holiday knowing that your chosen crossings are available. Our Supervisors in France
Our supervisors are highly valued members of our Organisation. Each one has worked for us for a considerable number of years and is fully trained in matters electrical, plumbing, etc., so that day to day service requirements can be quickly and efficiently attended to.
By being resident on a campsite within their own small area of France means that our Couriers have a backup service that is second to none. Indeed an ever growing number of our Couriers have worked in previous years for other companies. To quote one .. "It is not until you have worked on a campsite that you realise that Matthews have the organisation and backup to support their couriers and look after their clients in a way than no other camping operators can."
Our Resident Couriers
Our staff are dedicated to giving you individual attention and better service at all stages - from first enquiry to your actual holiday. Once you arrive in France you'll come under the care of our Resort Representatives who will have ensured that your Holiday Home is prepared and ready for you, show you in and give you any advice or information you may require during your holiday. It goes without saying that your Holiday Home will be sited on its own emplacement and that there'll be room to sit outside to enjoy a meal alfresco.
In France, long before the main holiday season our field supervisors will be hard at work training our Site Representatives to prepare your Holiday Home and ensuring that all our spare equipment is available and serviceable in case the need should arise, so that our French Operation will run smoothly throughout the season. It is the attention we give to details like careful maintenance and provisioning spare equipment that sets our operation apart from our competitors.
