The Matthews Holidays team

Our UK Team

Our staff travel to France regularly and have visited most of the sites, so we can give you advice based on personal experience. Whilst talking through your holiday plans, our staff will check availability on your chosen channel crossings so that you will pay the deposit for your ferry knowing that your chosen crossings are available. Please feel free to call one of the Reservations team for any help or advice that you may need. Alternatively, you may email any questions to us.

On the Journey When you get to the ferry port there are helpful marshals who will tell you which lane to use, check in staff to issue your boarding pass and marshals to assist with boarding. Once on board there is a large number of Reception staff to help you enjoy the very wide range of facilities on offer.

Out in France Each campsite has its own Reception Team to welcome their guests. Every effort is made to make you aware of all the facilities that they offer, where the swimming pool is, the shop, all about the activities program they have arranged and where to find the evening entertainment if you want to join in. They employ a housekeeping team to make sure your mobile home is ready for you as well as a maintenance team to deal promptly with anything that needs attention.

Our staff are dedicated to giving you individual attention and better service at all stages - from first enquiry to your actual holiday. Once you arrive in France you'll come under the care of the Reception Team of your chosen campsite who will have ensured that your Holiday Home is prepared and ready for you, show you in and give you any advice or information you may require during your holiday. It goes without saying that your Holiday Home will be sited on its own emplacement and that there'll be room to sit outside to enjoy a meal alfresco.

We want you to enjoy your holiday, and we know that it takes a professional approach at all stages to ensure that your holiday is as good as you expect.
